Worth it.
Are you talking the VO or the Ramen?.
Worth it.
Beautiful! Verdure was definitely my favorite of the stabilized VOs

Mine too. I couldn’t believe it didn’t go right away.Beautiful! Verdure was definitely my favorite of the stabilized VOs
I’m going to be eating a lot of Ramen in the foreseeable future because any semblance of a budget I once had has been utterly obliterated. Are you talking the VO or the Ramen?.![]()

.. or better yet, sawdust mixed with whatever liquid you have, I'm guessing either water or a milk/water mixtureMine too. I couldn’t believe it didn’t go right away.

I can’t risk dying yet, I haven’t even broken in my new headphones. No milk in the house either. This is just one of many austerity measures required. Actions have consequences, but I’m okay with it. We all have our own priorities, I guess I’m just now realizing exactly how lopsided mine are... or better yet, sawdust mixed with whatever liquid you have, I'm guessing either water or a milk/water mixture![]()
That Redwood burl is beautiful, I think it's one of the best of this year VO dropSorry guys (and gals).... I'm brand new here after just securing my very first pair of ZMFs!! I've demoed Auteur Classic, Aeolus, Atrium Open and Caldera (for a week at home) and absolutely loved them all. But I just bought VO B-stock without trying first (yes I know - silly) but have been told just how
good they are!! These are them below (in oz $$). I cannot wait to hear them and read your impressions!! I listen to rock/metal and a little classical/instrumental. I've wanted ZMFs for a long time now.

I agree with Rollinrock above. For instrumental music, I don’t think the Verite can be beat. For rock, as mentioned, VO sounds great with high-res well mastered material but it is not forgiving of poorly recorded rock. Atrium is much better for that, and I assume Aeolus would be as well. The good news? You can add to your ZMF collection like I did to give you the sound you want for each genre!Sorry guys (and gals).... thats why i could not resist, and ordered a nice one, one week agoAtrium is much better for that,

I’ll second and “third” this. The only reason I don’t own a VO is I just don’t listen to much instrumental music. If I did, it would absolutely my #1.For instrumental music, I don’t think the Verite can be beat.
Exactly right… I use my Verité Closed for jazz and folk, and used my Eikon for rock, pop, EDM, and rap. Now the Atrium Closed is taking over that position. The good news? You can add to your ZMF collection like I did to give you the sound you want for each genre!
I have no question that you'll also love the VO if you love the others. Many other headphones have come and gone since my first one 4 years ago but they remain my favorite dynamic. While the Caldera has surpassed it for me, every time I put the VO on I never feel anything is lacking in comparision. Just a different flavor.Sorry guys (and gals)....
