My, my. This is flat-out beautiful!

I thought from day-1 that the Caldera's screen was a true design statement, as good as patterns found in art installations, fine furniture and architecture. I also appreciate the slight concavity, which minimizes the apparent depth of each earcup and enhances the contrast between the screen and whatever wood is used.

My wallet is still smoldering from that but, yeah, it just jumped out at me and I lost control. I have a feeling I'll be mumbling "My Precious" for quite a while now!

Yeah mine is the same way. I am going to be letting go of a few of my older sets to compensate

I'll be curious to hear how you like the GL KT88. I have a couple of different pairs of the PSVanes and a pair of old GEC, but for some reason, I want to try the Gold Lion.

Right now after a couple hrs of burned in with these non stock tubes.....Gave me goosebumps right now....I would say excellent tube amp....the right synergy....dead silent background....

OG Utopia + Comp4 silver cable from DHC|, XLR, low gain to Aegis....
S24 Ultra, Quobuz, Moon Audio silver usb C to iBasso D16 portable DAC, output 4.4 mm to RCA silver cable.....
Listening to Chie Ayado, jazz singer.....playing Live....it put You as listener right at her microphone....That's why I am having goosebumps hearing right now......

Will try the stock tubes at a later time.
