OK, so if I order these headphones what is the expected delivery time to my door at this point? I'm interested in the walnut flavour with a cable that will work with the Pono player used in balanced mode?

No problem on the Pono cable.  I'll add it to the cable options on the site.
 
Estimated delivery window if ordering now would be mid september (earliest) to early october (latest).  I am in the midst of finishing off a batch of drivers and the first Omni's will be shipping monday-ish.

Edit: Whipped this up at work. Would have taken too long to put the cable in, so I made the Jecklins wireless.

As far as the tour units, now that I have the tuning finalized I am assembling a number of units int he next few days, I am keeping the tour sets which are complete here for the next few days to assure all measurements and voicing are consistent across the board, and then sending out the US and Euro/Asia units next week as the first production run is done.  Sorry for the wait everyone!
 
Also, as production is under way, the Google Sheet page for those who have ordered has been updated to current status as of today.
