Given that in the US, all sales come from them, I don’t think so. The $999 price is the new release price and then it goes up to normal price like all other new release items.

Understand your dilemma, I'm waiting as well for my order to ship. But I also had to ask ZMF to delay my shipping due to my travel schedule. BTW, what Arctic cable are you going to pair with your new AC? Thanks!

It was perfect timing, I sold my D8000 last night and was able to order a natural Ash AC this evening. I really think these will perfectly complement my Meze Elite as @Toonartist can attest. I also think they’ll look right at home next to my beautiful Ash OG Auteur.

I like Ash ZMFs so much, I considered changing my username to “AshMan”. I was laughing to myself because it reminds me of the “ASSMAN” episode of Seinfeld. Thanks again for your help @zach915m!

That's the talos v2 dark coating copper cable I'll be using.

Yeah, I went for natural. I even emailed Zach a picture of my Auteur to see if he could make me an AC that looks similar. I'm a high-maintenance ZMF customer!

Someone in another threat aptly compared Vigilance to something resembling a Lamborghini. Following that train of thought I say Herrera resembles the whole Lamborghini dealership. When it arrives I don't know if I will use it or frame it to display on the wall. What an absolute work of art. Thank you ZMF.
