I had set a low daily limit to my credit card, so took some time to change that after payment had failed twice. Eventually worked out, so Bokeh incoming.

One note, for some of the first few orders the "tuning kit" didn't get added to the order, although we see you selected it. We will send an invoice to the few people that happened to and sorry about that it's all fixed now.

On a separate note I think that the tuning kit is a really cool idea! Would love to see it in more headphones as an added bundle when you purchase a pair of headphones. Lets your personalize your sound even further and gives some "recipes" to help tailor the sound.

Thanks for the heads up. I think I did notice the hybrid pads I added weren't included in the total but we're noted in the summary.

There isn't an option to go with none of the optional tuning products. It makes you choose at least one of them. I chose the cheapest option - the optional mesh.

But I see now it wasn't included in my total.

Well I now see it was included in my total at Affirm. So that's even more confusing? Same with my sales tax - it didn't show on the ZMF total but it does on the Affirm.
