Sorry, i haven`t got DSD. But in Z2/Z3 on line 5v - snubber must be 180R+680pf, on line 9-12v 150R+1nF.

It looks like there is a new firmware version ( 0.4 ) for all Z3 – 4490/4493/43198. Can someone ask the familiar sellers on Ali about it?

Firmware v.0.4 for all Z3 versions. Checked on 4490/4993. All Ok.

Hi, just gotten my Z3 Pro AK4493. At this covid-19 pandemic, the unit will connect to my computer as USB DAC, and hence my questions are - When Turn ON the unit,
1. is it possible to make it run into USB DAC mode by default?
2. anyway to eliminate or reduce popping noise? Thank you.

It`s possible only on OPA1622 op-amp. Add 22uF ceramic cap like on photo

Hi!

I have a Z3 Pro AK4493 (0.3 FW) and I have one major problem with it: for me single flac+cue albums are not playing back continuously, but gaps are introduced at track boundaries.
Do you have the same issue? Does anyone have a solution for gapless playback (with the ability to select tracks of course)?

I love the device otherwise

New version Zishan Z3: ES9038Q2M DAC

So what is your opinion about the Z3 with the ES9038QM2 DAC? What can be expected from this one?

Is a DSDs with dual ES9038QM2 a better deal (stock not modded) a more proper DAP? The Z3 is about 50 euro cheaper than the DSDs version.
