What was your shipping free? I ordered from amazon.co,jp and forwarded through tenso with EMS. Total cost of everything came out to be 68.33 USD. It took 2 or 3 days to get here from Japan. Crazy fast, but if SAL is much cheaper maybe it's worth waiting.

Just got my Tenore's from amazon jp, tenso using EMS. Took 5 days to get to me. Total charge was $64.08 USD. Very happy with the service and the Tenore's sound great.

Nah worked out $68 after $12 shipping.
Reason I did not use Tenso is I dont have any proof of my current address.

I personally wouldn't use foam tips unless you want them to sound more darker. The trick with the Bassos is you have to make them sound more airy and brighter which is what the meelec bi-flanges do.

If foam tips are your only option, go for the Ts version for the least dark sounding result.

 
I second that....The Bassos do sound better with the meelec bi-flanges. I did a comparison with the comply and the bi-flanges tip, the bi-flanges tip does sound clearer with it.

Yeah it will sound bad around the 7-10hr mark. It seriously need some serious burn in.

The Xperia Z earphone's tips look like the MH1C tips, which are better than the Sony hybrid ("EPEX10A") tips.
