Yes very much looking forward to it, not sure whether to try each in sequence or jump straight to Project Z - definitely my preference on the ZX300.

Tip rolling again tonight and Sony Triple Comfort are the prize winner! Till another day anyway...

Well, each one is different so there is no subjective best but the group does seem to like the last one. Curiosity being what it is......may have you guess that you haven’t tried them all, but who am I to talk when I still haven’t tried the latest. It’s because I like the old ones. :)

@Slater is my USA Region Tour Organizer counterpart. There are prerequisites to joining and the 1st round for the tour is closed. But you can hit him up a PM and maybe he could guide you what to do for a potential 2nd round tour.

The EST 112 will not use an ECLIPSƎ driver. We wanted to make sure the EST 112 fit under a certain price bracket, and using such a driver would put it over that price bracket. Our next ECLIPSƎ model will be either the FALCON or TITAN successor. Neither will use the DK-style shells. It may be some time before we have another DK-style shell model with an ECLIPSƎ driver inside.

It would be interesting to see SA9 in following configuration: 2 Electrostatic Drivers (Ultra High) + 6 Balanced Armature Drivers (2xHigh, 2xMids, 2xLow) + 1 Dynamic Driver (Ultra Low).

Red Sony Hybrid Tips L
Unmarked DUNU Tips L

Material wise they seem exactly the same. Size wise, the Sony tips are slightly longer.

I have the BTR5 it's fantastic. Now I just need the Zen.

The thing about the ZEN that I've noticed is that, even though it does scale up with higher-end gear. It performs so well with just about anything you throw at it.

DUNU has done something great. I remember the Luna being the same actually.

I’ve noticed that recently too? About how in the olden days like 2014-2018 there were IEMs which were lower-midrange foggy when underpowered. Now it seems DUNU has figured-out how to offer IEMs which sound “clean” and bass textured from a phone, even with clear lower midrange responses. Then better power and detail can cause them to scale-up to even another level. IMO

I agree!

The USB Type-C adapter that they sent me also pairs well with the ZEN.

I might really end up getting the ZEN permanently after the tour is done... lol

I still want to add the Luna to my collection as well.

Took my new Olympus micro four-third camera out for a spin and this image came out surprisingly well SOOC. I was kinda afraid that the frost will seep into the Zen and make things weird but fortunately enough that wasn't the case. Though the housing gets super cold to the touch, perhaps not the best IEM to wear outside during chilly winter afternoons.
