Got my two first audiophile vinyl reissues yesterday. I'm very impressed with how Elusive Disc had packaged them which almost makes up for the quite high shipping cost. Two albums that I ordered via my local record store also arrived and while fetching them I decided to pick up a few more Burzum albums on vinyl.

John Coltrane Quartet - Crescent [ORG, 180g 45rpm 2 LP]

Carole King - The Carnegie Hall Concert: June 18, 1971 [MoFi, half-speed mastered 180g 2 LP]

Tori Amos - Abnormally Attracted to Sin

Burzum - From the Depths of Darkness [limited edition colored 2 LP]

Burzum - Umskiptar [limited edition colored 2 LP]

Burzum - Belus

Radiohead - In Rainbows

Diana Krall - Live in Paris [Original Recordings Group, limited numbered 180g 45rpm 2 LP]

Chisu - Vapaa ja yksin

Steven Wilson - The Raven That Refused to Sing (and Other Stories)

Portishead - Third [limited edition 45rpm 2 LP]

Radiohead - Amnesiac [limited edition 2x10"]

Godspeed You! Black Emperor - Yanqui U.X.O.

The National - High Violet [limited edition violet 2 LP]

I didn't know Third was a 45rpm cut when I ordered it, but at least according to Rate Your Music it is. If this is the case it's certainly a welcome surprise.

The Live in Paris LP was mastered by Bernie Grundman from the original analogue master tapes and pressed at RTI. On top of that the copy I acquired also has a really low serial number, which makes it an even more awesome thing to own. I'm not a Diana Krall fan, but those who have not heard this album should. It is probably one of the best live albums I've heard and it is without question one of the best sounding live albums I've heard. Hell, it is probably one of the best sounding albums I've heard, period. Can't wait to hear it in its full analog glory.
