Your 5 newest CDs (or LPs)

It's basically a B sides album so I expect some junk to be in there no matter what band it is.

Liberate was a fantastic song but the rest of the album wasn't up to snuff compared to The Sickness, IMO. I was just happy Asylum opened with that trademark laugh. It does get a little preachy sounding though.

Lol, honestly I enjoyed everything up to "Indestructible", 'Liberate' ("Believe") is one of my favorite songs from them.  I haven't heard "Asylum" in it's entirety, so I wouldn't find it fair to compare the two yet.  However, I am starting to listen to "The Lost Children" more and I have found myself enjoying both 'This Moment' and 'Old Friend' a lot.  I guess I jumped to a quick conclusion without giving the album much of a chance.

I wouldn't say that.  There are a few B sides out there that I actually did come to enjoy.  In this case, I can say that "The Lost Children" actually sounds so much better than "Asylum".

These three arrived today. This was my first time ordering something directly from Japan, but everything went quite smoothly so I'm pleased. I've been playing around with the idea of ordering Electrocutica's Dye Synthesis -Extended- for a while now, and when I found out that millstones has a second album out which doesn't seem to currently be available on any digital distribution service, I decided to take a look at Amazon Japan's website. Turns out that Electrocutica's albums aren't being sold by Amazon and will only be shipped domestically within Japan. Well, I chose to replace it with AVTechNO↑ although I already own it in AAC form, but it's something I definitely want to own on CD since it's available and it's nice to have the music in true CD quality. Re:MIKUS was a last minute addition as it turned out that the two albums I'd chosen cost less than their combined shipping cost. I refused to accept this purely on principle and settled on livetune, although I'm not the biggest fan of their music, but this album contains mostly remixes of their tracks and I listened to a couple of them and decided that I would probably find the album at least somewhat acceptable. It helped that the album was rather cheap and a SHM-CD to boot! My very first SHM-CD; I never expected to own one but now I can say that I do. Thankfully the discs were sent out in two different packages so I didn't even have to pay any import fees.

AVTechNO! - AVTechNO↑

millstones - Bye Bye, Blackworld

livetune - Re:MIKUS [SHM-CD]

but damn i love just buying music, i am just about to get my first turntable and buying records and seeing the massive art work and feeling the vinyl and some times i love that they also give you a code and a link so you can get it on digital as well so it gives you both formats for the price of one, i am really looking forward to spinning some records and cleaning them and putting down the cartridge feeling the music being made by this piece of wax :)
