I have been using a great online source for finding pristine used CD's for my library and shipping is usually .99 ea or free. They are always in new condition and shipping is very fast. Here is a sample of an order I just placed. Hope its of value to you as well.

Went on a used LP binge yesterday

Marianne Faithful - Broken English
Roxy Music - Avalon
The Police - Ghost in the Machine
The The - Soul Mining

So far, just listened to the Marianne Faithful, barely remembering her singing this on Saturday Night Live in 1979. Yup, I was once young too!
