This digital filter gives you the best of both NOS (all original samples retained) and upsampling (easier filtering of out-of-band noise) designs—and it is only available on Yggdrasil.

The UD-501 was one of the worst DAC purchases I've ever made. It was worse than the ODAC.

The custom coded filter that the Yggdrasil uses is implemented via DSP chips is unique and there is nothing else currently available that is comparable. Otherwise why would Mike and his team of engineers have spent five years developing the code needed to achieve their 'bit perfect' goal?
