You can try the double flange tips from meelec. That way you won't need to insert the body in your ear that much. http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?itemId=130745455297&index=0&nav=WATCHING&nid=64088613891&skus=Size%3A6+Pair+in+Various+size+combo+set%7CSets%3A1+sets+%28+6+pairs%29

Mine were also uncomfortable at first. I tried several tips before settling on the medium hybrids that came with the XBA 3ip's. However, the sound was so great I just pushed through for a couple of weeks and now I've gotten used to them. I've found this to be true with several IEM's, especially Ety's, but also the GR07 and PFE 132's to a lesser extent. It takes my ears about three weeks to adjust.

Good luck!

I would have ordered the xba3ip to be a back up in case my pair breaks, but I now feel that $50 can be of much value elsewhere. But if you don't have the xba3 yet, this is the best deal there can ever be! It's free shipping if you're a sony style member so register now. $50 for an IEM that can compete with the TF10 or Fidelio s2 is a deal you shouldn't pass on.

I thought my $105 deal was a good deal. Geeze.

Still bothers me a bit even though I got mine for $120. What gets me through tho is we have enjoyed it at a time when there weren't that many options at a sub $150 price; and that to me is all worth it. But man, 50 bucks!!!

Yup. That range of pricing just isn't right.
