No, I have only the sellers feedback which shows some happy members who purchased, I know XBA3 has been replaced by XBA30 and I gather simply clearing out old stock, I know some US members were picking XBA3 up for around $100 not long ago. Add that me being fairly confident there aren't any fake XBA3 I have seen or heard mentioned on Head-Fi.

The sellers also sold 29 units with 100% feedback rating, you would think one buyer would pick up on it and strike him negative. I'm not saying they're fake or genuine but going off my gut feeling and the above mentioned everything seems ok.

Actually I got them to work over the ear and they do quiet the little bit of microphonics that there is. I do not like wearing IEMS with the cable straight down because they do touch your face no matter how thin it is and transfer sound over the cable.

I bought them the week before last for $74, called them today and am getting refunded the difference, now they are an even better deal.

that sucks, I wonder how many calls they've been flooded with for the price adjustment... maybe they're instructing their customer service reps to turn people away.  Maybe the next rep will be a lil more sympathetic

There was refurbished XBA-3 at Bestbuy for 39.99 and most reported that they received brand new one. I think is a amazing deal if it is still in stock.
