Will they work with SW-Xcape Etymotic HF5? (I can't get the SW-Xcape)
Do you suggest better ones? (I need the SS size.)

It won't work. You might want to try Comply Foam tip or Shure Black foam tip instead (though Shure will be a very tight fit on the nozzle), or get the small tri-flange from Ety if it is not included.
