Hello. I recently lent out my FX500s for ONE hour to a friend. They returned them, and now one side doesn't produce sound. 
So... Whats a good alternative to the JVC FX500s for around $150 ($200 maybe)? Short and sweet, need some suggestions. If there are some really good full sized that have the excellent quality and quantity of bass and the detail and clarity of the FX500s, feel free to list them. My obvious gripe with the JVCs were the recessed mids. I can take that level of "sharpness" with my highs, just not quite ER-4 sharp.
