This site is a terrific example of what the web can do... lots of very sharp and helpful folks who are more than willing to provide information to those that ask and are interested. Thank you!

But, after being around this site for a while, I got curious... Who the heck are you? What's your background/education/training? Are there a lot of engineers here? Seems like a lot of folks who are earning a living as programmers/coders. Just curious.

My background: pharmacists/toxicologist teaching at University of Maryland.

Gee, and here I thought the purpose of a poll was to find out the answer to a question you didn't know, and thus might accidently give poll choices that would result in an imperfect distribution.
