Looking for an upgrade from a Clip+ and one that is in English and hopefully sold in the states or in the UK.
 
A SQ that is at least as good and neutral as the Clip is my main interest.

What don't you like about the Clip+? If it is battery life, you could get a usb battery pack to use with it.

Interested in better SQ, longer battery life (w/o battery pack), larger screen to see name of song and artist.

Hopefully Sandisk will release a new version of the Fuze at the end of August. The original Fuze is nice, but a bit old now.

The Cowon D3 has the better sq from the headphone out, but the darn thing is an annoyingly buggy prototype. You'd be better of with either the Cowon Z2, or the Sony Z or A Series (the hp out on the Sony's are decent, line out with an LOD is fantastic).

It comes down to a Z series Sony or maybe a 32gb Touch. It seems some HF'ers say the Touch sounds better than the Classic.
 
With that said, the Sony doesn't produce gapless music.

I had the A867, I'm back to an iPod touch. I'm using EQu on it as my music playing app,...I'll stay with this for awhile as I'm really loving the sound. I'm not sure if the app has gapless playback though, as I'm using it with my genius playlists. All in all it's better than I remembered.

PS: I'm using it paired with my Incase Sonic hp's,...luvin' it!!!
