Now I have a ep-630.I want to upgrade it.But don't have too much alternative.Because of my country.(I won't buy from abroad)
Sony mdr-ex300sl
Sony mdr-ex77
Sennheiser cx 200 street ii / cx 270 / cx 271 / cx 280 / cx 281 / cx 350 street ii
Jays j-jays 
These earphones are my options.
 
I tried cx 300 from my friend and i see that cx 300 and ep 630 have same character.Lots of bass and harsh treble.I want to have an earphone that must be a balanced quality(Between bass level and treble.)
So which one will make huge difference for me or which one will make best difference ?

The CX280 is a very good earphone and fits your requirements. There's a long review of it here which is pretty much how I heard it. I prefer it to the CX200/CX250, CX300/EP630, CX281, and the j-JAYS. Haven't heard the others on your list.
