i'd get the m6 with the triple flange tips if you want good isolation.   plus they're over ear cable and that really cuts down on microphonics(perfect for working out, sports, activeness, etc).

I got the M11+'s on Monday and have been getting used to them.  They seem pretty good so far, and no microphonics when worn over the ear.  Although, I have found that I have to turn up the volume on my ipod for these, probably because they are more power hungry compared to the old Shures I have.
