desperately seeking an amp, let me state some specs, which are importeant to me: Not too expensive (max. 500 bucks), colour: black, height: max. 10 centimeters, warm and analogue sound (maybe tubes???)... please notep

I'm getting very enjoyable results by driving my AKG 701's with the Little Dot MKIII........I always end up listening far longer than I intended.

 I already own a Siltec Sphinx Project Three DAC (handmade in Holland), but why is that important? Mostly I listen to vinyl.

You can buy a used one for $500. 

But honestly, its hard to find someone trying to get rid of his HA-160

For a mid-level amp - the Matrix M-Stage was a great match - I owned the k701s for a while - I enjoyed it the most with the k701s and it should save you some $$$$.
