Dear all,
I am sorry to have to say that as of December 2007, I have not been able to keep post #1 updated. I would very much have liked to, but I have not been able to find the time to keep up with the developments. Unfortunately, I will not be in the foreseeable future either.

I hope there is - if not already - another initiative elsewhere. Thanks everyone for all the inputs.
