When I'm in the bus/car and when I'm gaming, but sometimes just listening while I browse forums. I have also lay in the dark listening to music, sometimes with a book, but very rarely. Never just before going to sleep, I might have to try it sometime.

Usually after everyone else has gone to sleep, I listen to one or two discs before retiring.  When I worked as a programmer, I was "wired" practically 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.

Well I think my regime will be scotch, smoke some of the good stuff and obviously the headphones, vinyl through my receiver, problem is, is that I get tired, I wish I could do this in bed!
 
School is starting again so I think this may be my only refuge!
