I settled with the medium-sized UE silicone tips.

Modified Shure olive with the original TF10 foam tips' core, made 2 years ago and incredibly still look fairly new (with some occasional cleanup of course).

Can you guys compare w/ included silicon's, Sony Hybrid's, or Comply's?

currently trying out the comply, they are pretty comfy. I have to do less readjustment on the comply than on the hybrids. They isolate more than sony hybrids, but the comply does somewhat affect the tf10 sound.

The included black silicons, medium size. I get a great seal, great isolation, and moderate comfort when using them. (Don't like how comply's change the sound and I can't fit the large/small sizes).
