a pair of 2-way technics sb-t200 bi-amped. my vintage 1970's kenwood kr-720 running the highs and my vintage 1972 sansui 5000x running the lows. wonderful sound. amazing soundstage and level of detail. also own a pair of vintage 1970's pioneer cs-77a 4-way floor speakers. wonderful sound. i love the tweeter horn on it.

Two pairs of Insignia NS-B2111. I have two vintage receivers, a Kenwood KR-6030 and a Cambridge Audio Model 2500. Each has a pair of these speakers. I liked them a whole lot right up until I got my Beyers and then my SRH440. Both have a better tonal balance for their respective strong suit genres, IMO, than the Insignias. I'd love a set of speakers, in particular, that sounded like the 440s. I think their tonal balance is spot on perfect.

NHT SuperZero XU x5 (For HT - good dispersion characteristics helps in my living room quite a bit)
NHT Classic Two (relatively low distortion yet quite flat for FR)
Dayton HF DIY sub with 300W Bash amp

Realistic Minimus (model slips me, but they're quite hefty for a bookshelf) (Used in bedroom, or wherever I feel like)

Past speakers I've had:
Magnepan SMGa
Focal Chorus 705s

I enjoy my current setup most honestly.

I currently have a karan KI 180 amp with an esoteric xO5 cd player.  I am interested both the focal electra be 1028 and the magallan cello.  Any advice on which speaker to go for or their relative strengths/merits?
