I am in new to headphones and am in the market for both a set of full-size headphones as well as a pair of IEM's.  I really enjoy the sound of my B&W 802D's - a rich, warm sound.  To me, some of the other reference speakers sound too bright or even "shrilly" to my ear - for instance, Revel and even Wilson Audio.  Great speakers but I prefer the sound of B&W's.
 
Anyhow, any suggestions on brands or models that I should listen to (or even stay away from)?

full sized id guess P5 (not really my area though) actually the HD650 probably.
 
IEM's id say IE7 or if you want to stretch the clarity then maybe the RE-262 or SE530/535.
 
assuming given your speaker choice budget doesnt really matter in any practical sense.

+1 on the RE-262. Properly amped, it sounds pretty much like full-sized headphones. Amazing considering the size of the lil thing.
