Well with the new Beyerdynamic MANUFACTURE tool you are able to select 32 Ohms for the DT-880s. I just hope that it sounds nearly the same as the old one. We will need to a volunteer to buy and compare both of them

The HD650 is my next purchase. It is going to be soon, as well. As soon as I get all my Christmas money counted I will be looking hard at the FS forum.

I have a feeling that a MicroDAC and a Gilmore Lite are not far behind. I hope my Supermacro-3 can hold me over with these until I am able to afford a home amp and a DAC.... stupid head-fi....

Power conditoning!

I got a great pair of headphones, source, and amp, now I would like to complete the setup with some solid power conditioning. Its a frustrating purchase since its not as prominent in a setup like an amp or source but its certainly an absolute must!

I think i'm going to buy new earcups for my hd650's to help isolate them a pinch or two as well as make them a little more forward. I can't decide if I should get the shallow or the deep cups yet however.
