I'm pretty new to things and I can already tell I'm going to burning a lot of cash with it. I'm also a PC hobbyist so the last thing I needed was another money sink. Still, I regret nothing.

Hmmmmmm...I guess I've been in denial as to how much the spending has added up until this thread showed up. According to my calculator I've spent 1,615 dollars since joining head-fi.

Over the last 3-4 months or so since discovering Head-Fi I've spent probably $1800 on gear.  At the time of my last purchase a couple weeks ago I had less than 10 posts, so that's a pretty crazy ratio.   The ratio is improving, but it'll go back downhill sometime in the coming weeks/months as there are several more items I'm really craving.
