Hi there folks,
I am here to seek advice regarding my options for IEMs.
currently I am using Shure SE315 IEMs with my Sansa clip+ playing flac files. I am rather dissapointed with the detail and transparency these IEMs have to offer.
which IEM should I go for next?(budget ~500$)

I think the consensus around here is the ER4P/S for classical is great.  Or the Ety HF5 which I will hopefully be picking up in the next couple of weeks.

I think the etymotic ER4 p/s or the ultimate ears TF-10 are the ones that suit you.

thank you about the etymotic info, how about multiple driver IEMs? do they have better detail and seperation?

Yes, the multiple drivers IEM usually have a better performance than the single one, that not absolutely. Also, the dymatic earphone sennheiser Ie8 is good for classical music.

As far as multiple driver IEM's go, the only one that I have heard is the UE700 with classical and I love it.  Although from what I understand it is a well balanced IEM.  I especially like it for large orchestral works, like Mahlers symphonies as well as Bruckner.
