I have been looking for this CD...I haven't checked for the last six months or so, but it was hard to find then. I guess that I will re-institute the search. I did manage to find "Black & Blue." (Virgin Remaster) and I would like to find "Goat's Head Soup" as well. The more widely available versions seemed to be universally panned as having recording issues. What's with the Stones?

Came by it used on ebay in like new condition reading it was the ONE remaster to get.

I do have an import "Forty Licks" import that is better than par in S.Q. , but yeah, it nearly seems a trademark of the Stones to sound rough on their recordings as if purposely ; I had that reaction to Some Girls on LP I bought when first released too .

Wow, this is about as good as I had dared to hope. Been waiting for this album since I learned about Ishome last year. Apparently the release was in May but better late than never.

Edit: Now listening for a second time. Sooo good.
