I got my hands on a Sony D-250 (european version of the D-25 Discman) and connected it on my brandnew Neco Soundlabs amp and 5 year old Koss KSC75's. That's not ontopic but the music I am listening to now is :). I took out a few old cd's I hardly ever listened to in the last ten years or so. First I put in Dire Straits' Band of Brothers, now I am checking out the pretty fantastic sound with Phill Collins' But Seriously... cd and next up is Pink Floyd's Wish you were here cd. All oldies but hey.. I'm getting old as well and these cd's used to be my reference cd's.

The D-250 is not my main player by the way, I also got hold of a 30GiB iPod but the LOD is not in yet so I am not bothering with connecting the Neco to the phone out on that one.

Delaney & Bonnie with Eric Clapton and Friends ~ Colston Hall Dec 2nd, 1969

This was essentially Derek & The Dominos with Delaney & Bonnie,
who where very good at southern soul music. It's interesting how some of
Clapton's and Delaney's guitar duets sound very much like what later
became known as southern rock. Rhino just released a box set with some
tasty recordings from this tour.

The Moody Blues' "The Day Begins" from "Days Of Future Passed". Just because it says so... Deep Purple's "Chasing Shadows" from the self titled album "Deep Purple" is a good second track for the day...
