Anyone who ever liked “Buena Vista Social Club,” Juan de Marcos González, Ruben González, Ibrahim Ferrer, Manuel “Guajiro” Mirabal Vázquez …. should really check out the Afro-Cuban All Stars. 4 generations of musicians ranging from the age of 81 to 13, they only have a few albums and two that I highly recommend are “A Toda Cuba Le Gusta" and "Distinto Diferente," great stuff \o_

-great choice! I dunno if this was made in the 70's or 80's but BD was way ahead of the game. This music throbs and I get lost in the smoke and strobe lights that I imagine in my head.

makes me wanna listen to Incunabula And Tri Repetae all over again

Another great listen, Amber is my favourite with Tri Repetae++ and Incunabula following; dark, cold and ambient electronica all at once.

Currently listening to:

I read 75 for that release. Thanks for the heads up. 28 After is one of my all time fave dance albums. In Dub was good too, so I was stoked to see another re-release. Fevre is incredible, more album orientated and cerebral than some of their other stuff. You're right. Those guys were making sweet house music before house music.
