This is the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra - superb. One of the best trad
jazz albums that I own ... bought the 24/96 files from Qobuz.
Victor Goines on reeds.

Wycliffe Gordon on trombone. Jon Batiste on piano.


This band is serious, and seriously talented. Thanks to Mr. Mingus' thorough
documentation of his musical scores, the band is able to play the music as
intended by the master. It does take a lot of practice to get it right.
