Despite having a few George Duke albums, I could never really get into him. And I'm not a fan of his "A Brazilian Love Affair" album that came out in 1979. I honestly don't know why I have so many of his albums, but...Me as well, a lot and even though I'm not particularly fond of his later more disco-esque recordings I absolutely adore his incredible talent and unique style.
Hard to argue when I have that many albums, though the first 6 shown are from a boxset I got. But really, for me, the proof is in listening.... and I rarely listen to any of those.I would say that you liked something about his music!
