Track #7 favorite intro with Ian pouring a cup, stirring in his spot of sugar, clang of silver on fine china and sipping his hot tea, clearing his singing voice - "Skating Away" :L3000: perfect for headphones!

Larry Carlton - Robben Ford - Unplugged.png
Fifi Chayeb on bass, Claude Salmieri on drums.

The album was recorded live in Paris.

Eric Clapton - Unplugged.png
The album is from 1992, a year after the tragic death of Eric's son.

Song composed by Jimmy Cox.

Song composed by Robert Johnson.

The Beatles - Let It Be Naked.png
Amazing how much better these songs sound without the fake orchestra added
by Phil Spector. Now Paul's and John's voices carry the weight, as it should be.

After a fortunate (or unfortunate depending on your perspective) Roon Radio adventure I'm now listening to Kim Petras' person Pop Miami..
The lyrics are positively obscene but the mix is so punchy and tight that I can't stop listening regardless lol :D

Saw Lee Ritenour and Dave Grusin at Yoshis Oakland last night. Lee’s son Wesley was amazing on drums, and Melvin Lee Davis was impressive on 5 and 7 string bass. Grusin is 89 and still going strong! Great show… They played a few songs from this album…
Didn't know Dave G. is that old already, wow.
I saw John McLaughlin about 5 months ago. He sure didn't look like 82 and performed like there's no tomorrow; .....in' amazing concert.

FR to '79 in Havana/Cuba ... 45 years ago, lol ...
