Same here, I had no idea what it was and then when I heard it for real years later it was a pretty good aaaaahh moment.

It was really popular in my college dorm in the early 70's when it came out, as were all the other earlier Mountain albums. Got to see them a number of times, too, but alas, no photos....

Not particularly a piece but, I was checking some drummers. It is always fun to watch some creative drummer, and Gene Hoglan is one of my favorite drummers, not as a metal drummer but really as a drummer from all genres - just super creative...



And this guy is not someone I know but I liked his drumming here...
