Between The Buried and Me - Coma epileptic

Their older stuff seems to be too "screamy/throaty" to me. This new album is quite proggy and I like it ;)

Wouldn't know about Spotify availabilities as I'm still playing CD's, but I hope they'll release it soon so you can give it a go.

I'm pretty much a CD guy, too. The biggest change for me was digitizing my entire CD collection and streaming my CDs through Sonos through a dedicated speaker set up w/ a headphone amp that's part of my DAC/preamp, and through Sonos wireless speakers which I have in my kitchen and living room w/ TV as a kind of surround sound of sorts. It has revolutionized the way I listen to music. But, I still listen to CDs a lot as well. I'm just old school that way, I guess.

But, I will stream stuff before I purchase now and some things I may not decide to buy. If I like, I'll eventually purchase it-especially metal and rock. I hate regretting music purchases. So, I do try to "try before I buy" these days.

Great thing about the forums here, I'm constantly streaming new music to see if I like it. It's opened a lot of new musical doors for me. Or should I say chairs

I'm the same way. I have a NAS that can stream whatever through my DAC/ music center. But for serious sound quality I've found my DAC's CD player superior.

I mostly preview tracks or sometimes albums on Youtube and will just usually buy the content regardless.
