Panopticon for me, first album I bought of theirs and a master piece imo.

It took me a while to appreciate their later stuff. Oceanic or Celestial probably remain my favourite. Although Panopticon has been my go-to lately.
Mosquito Control and The Red Sea make me smile... I like their 'dumbass'-heavy version of metal.

Gotta say that I love the mix / master of this album. Excellent dynamics and the only "noise" in the mix is the hum from a sweet tube guitar amp that makes the guitar tone so very sweet!
