Fantastic mix - I used to listen to it and many others in the car, my most recent car lacks a CD player, I really miss selecting mix CDs for a journey! This and many other of my favourite mixes aren’t on Tidal either

Yesterday I went down CD crate digging in my cellar to rip a few oft those ancient relics for my Roon library which you can now stream while away from home with the Roon ARC app.Fantastic mix - I used to listen to it and many others in the car, my most recent car lacks a CD player, I really miss selecting mix CDs for a journey! Here are some of my rediscoveries:
That's the release I fell in love with the early Oakenfold and whole progressive trance scene (Sasha and Digweed et al.):
Classic:
Epic Rephlex compilation:
A good one from Mixmag:
4h box set for nostalgic listening

That’s a great selection - huge fan of that Oakenfold mix too, the opening few seconds still send shivers through me… the early to mid 90s such a special time for trance and techno. I’ll have to look at Roon, far too many CDs that I can no longer listen to with flexibility.
Actually on Mixmag, Laurent Garnier’s is actually on Tidal - thankfully I get to enjoy that one in the car, another gem.
