This just in :

Another stunning release (the last one for 2020) from a stunning record label, Village Green.
The ghost of Steve Reich wanders all over this marvelous record where the most unique physical instruments (vibraphones, glockenspiels, flutes, French horns, oboes, marimbas, kongos, harps, strings etc....) blend in perfect harmony with motoric Krautrock rythms and ethereal female vocals & meticulous electronic production.
"Atom Dance" is a modern wonder all alone.....
This duo has indeed a lot to offer to future music writing, evolving the modern minimalistic movement even further...
Even Moondog himself all of a sudden arises from time to time somewhere between those notes...
Highly recommended for followers of Terry Riley, Moondog, Steve Reich, Michael Nyman
David John Shepard & Matt Gooderson we really need more of this in the near future.......
A travel in time and space......
A masterpiece of modern minimalism...

Happy listenings........... :astonished: :scream_cat: :smile_cat:

Very cool. Hadn't seen one of those before. Huh! I will keep that in mind! Thanks!
Indeed! There are Doc Watson Signatures listed for sale on the Gallagher website. They might have a tough time competing with your Martin D-42 Doobie :)

The magic of Doc Watson. Vassar Clements on the fiddle.

My Doobie-42 is a sweet sounding guitar. I have lusted after a James Taylor Olsen for quite sometime. However, Doc Watson's name on a guitar is quite a special endorsement. In my case though, the quality of the instruments I have far exceed my skill as a musician...
