Johnny Mars is a heck of a guitarist. I detest Morrissey.
That made me laugh @Ableza :beyersmile:
I agree with you.
I read Morrissey’s autobiography many years ago, and disliked hIm even more after finishing it!
Jonny Marr is a class act though.
His guitar on ‘How Soon is Now’ is brilliant ( in my opinion).

This track is very dark, and the subject matter was so controversial that several retailers in the UK banned it from sale.
Morrissey maintained that no offense was meant to bereaved families.
It is a genuinely haunting and disturbing piece of music, and also quite brilliant.



kind of like Tom Waits Georgia Lee or this excellent version by Phoebe Bridgers - on the Tom Waits version the foot pedals used by Tom are clearly defined and heard - you feel the dread and full emotion
