Yes, Their singer is much better. Sounds a bit like the guy from soundgarden. Also like symphony X's singer for a bit of the over the top cheesy metal sound hehe

I'm talking about the singer on the Album blood. Sounds a bit like the soundgarden dude to me. Just a bit. Great album btw

Really? I think Cornell's got a much more powerful voice and a wider range. Anyway, as far as vocals go I know KevMo isn't the greatest but they serve the music far better than LaBrie does with Dream Theater; makes for an interesting contrast.

I agree, its hard to beat Cornell's powerfull and clear voice, but the guy from OSI has a bit of his tone, or you could say accent that reminds me of Cornell. You could argue the only reason why dream theater never hit it really big like Metallica is precisely due to the singer. There is little to no precedent for purely instrumental metal bands making it really big, and Dream theater's singer actually makes them less appealing than those to the masses imo. They just missed their window at getting the right voice to complete them.
