Dream Theater - The Astonishing (new Album just released). Have to stay, I still prefer some of their older stuff, musically, but find the recording quality to be better on their newer stuff, generally. Sigh.

What album is the best of the older stuff in your opinion?
My favorite is Six Degrees of inner turbulance. Not sure if you would really consider that "older or not." But it had just come out shortly after I discovered them, and for some reason it really enjoy listening to it from a musical perspective. I don't think it was recorded all that well though. I also enjoy the Metropolis Pt. 2 album.
