  i don't know how old you guys are
but his album was huge when i was in jr. high school
the strings and the vocal harmonies  were amazing
i'm at that stage where the stuff i hated after punk happened
is ok to like again because its punk to do that

I think I've found a new favorite record store. Today I stocked up on a couple releases I hadn't been able to find at Reckless Records or Village records, and met the great guy who runs Groovin' High near the Belmont red line station. He knows every release he has in stock, and the selection of new copies of hard-to-find releases (like Sigur Ros's Heima live double DVD, or Ben Folds' Songs For Goldfish EP) is unbeatable in Chicago. I'll definitely be going back, but here's the score for today:
