Hey Guys, I was missing earlier this month because, as always seems to happen, I get really, mostly, socially busy in the Spring. However, this last week was different.
I was walking my dog last Sunday morning, and after picking up her poop, I pivoted to the left on the grass, on a steep incline, my feet became entrapped by the edge of a neighbors driveway and I went down. Broke my right hip (femoral neck). It was early in the morning, no neighbors around. Thank God for my Apple Watch, my brother, and Sister-In-Law. It was cold, windy and I was freakin' cold. Sunday: Ambulance>Drugs>Emergency Room>Lots Of Drugs> | Tuesday:Surgery>Total Hip Replacement>More Drugs> | Wednesday/Thursday:Grueling Physical Therapy>Walker (I can't believe it, me with a walker!)>Fewer Drugs> | Friday: Home. The beat goes on. Thanks for noticing my absence!
