Sgt Pepper ~ 2009, Mono remaster

I'm listening with my vintage Sansui AU-7709 in mono/ mode along w/ Grado RS1 w/ buttons. The sound is so clear and dynamic, even detailed. It's quite a nice change and fun audio experience. The mono version of Sgt Pepper certainly sounds different on certain songs; e.g. Lucy in the sky with Diamonds sounds dreamlike & languid. Even on the 2017 remixed version of the album (which is in stereo but remixed from the mono tapes) LSD doesn't sound the same as on the mono. A lovely, enjoyable audio experience from my favourite band. :musical_score: :expressionless: :flag_gb::heart:
