I always chuckle to myself when I see another one of these threads mostly posted by newer people who have not as much experience as the rest of the regulars. It's very simple. What we think is the best sounding headphone could be restricted to what we have access to. I can only say W1000 because thats the most expensive and the best sounding headphone I've heard and gotten to known it better.

Just random guess, I guess Sennheiser HE-90 but only based on the price.. seriously I don't know since I didn't try it yet.

Strange how no one ever suggests the Edition 7 and W2002 as a world-class headphone. Both cost thousands. All I can say is that price not equal to sound.
