I love a BIG soundstage (like W3). Makes it sound more like headphones instead of IEM. If UMX3 shrinks the soundstage down, that's a definite negative for my listening tastes.

I want to know if the IE 8's will still be king for soundstage and trance/electronic music.

Otherwise my IE 8's may need to be exchanged for some UM3X's.
