I figured Id try something new out for xmas. I am interested in an iem, 150$ is the absolute max, the cheaper the better obviously.
I will be using them with my macbook pro or iphone as a source.
Listening to mostly electronic/techno, classic rock, and some rap.
I am a basshead, so I want it to have some strong bass, and it has to be controlled.
Must be able to produce the high frequncies clearly too.
Want it to run without an amp, but i do have a fiio e5 so it is ok if an amp enhances it.
I have been wanting to try out one of klipsch's iems, as I am a huge fan of their speakers but I am down for anything. If any of the klipsch iems would be great, let me know which ones.
I have head-direct re-2s which are decent. I had some ADDIEMs and I hate them, i dont know what the big deal was about them, they didn't perform all that well. I also have denon d5000s which i absolutely love but they are over ear.
