Thanks. I ordered the LME49720HA opamp, I'll let you know how it is (vs inside the Zishan) after I install it in the Walnut v2. :)
One more thing, I would recommend bypassing the opamp to get rid of bubbling noise. Whether you can hear it or not depends on sensitivity of your headphones.
Recommended values for capacitors are in datasheet and there are a few posts/photos about bypassing in this thread.

Looking forward to you comparison vs Zishan :)

Need a standalone dap with high sq on a budget Ofc, which one is the best choice.
zishan's dsd ( stock with ak4495 seq),
yinlumei d200 (standard which is sold in alibaba),
walnut v3,
should i save money for yin lv mei a1 (dk if it is worth the price compare to others)
or is there any other better choice with ak4497 in a budget?

Hi, my battery died. Does anyone have a place (link) to buy the battery for walnut?

This ~$5.00 battery has the correct size, voltage, and current rating - but it does not have the little plug on the end of the wires.
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Lit...-machine-MP3-MP4-MP5-lithium/32682532061.html

I looked through a number of pages of results on AliExpress, and only saw larger batteries that have a plug on the wires, but they probably won't fit in the Walnut v2.

That number is the physical size of the battery, 10mm thick X 34mm wide X 40mm long.
And, yes I saw that the common current rating for that physical size of battery on AliExpress, is 1400mAH.
That's why I specifically searched for 3.7v 1500mah batteries, and found the one that I did.

If you can solder, or have a friend who can, then it should be fairly easy to solder the wires from the battery I linked to, onto the pins that the plug goes on.
It would be safest, if you put some tape or heat-shrink tubing over the pins & wires, once they're soldered.

When I installed the LME49720HA in the v2, it didn't sound very good, compared to the Zishan. I also couldn't close the metal casing for the v2 with it installed, so I took it out.

Maybe it's bad quality? Do you use yours with your Walnut v2?

Bought this cheap opamp. JRC4558D this sounds thick and slightly boosted mids, tight bass, treble sounds like an emulation of tape saturator. Neutral to warm. Not narrow not wide soundstage. Room vibe soundstage. It has depth.

By the way JRC4558D are use on Ibanez TS808 overdrive pedal and on Maxon OD808 overdrive pedal for electric guitar effects.

I like your opamp image composition!
